Canada!

Canada is country. It is extremely cold and its snow nearly every day but it does most of the time. The Capital of Canada is Ottawa but it was usually Toronto if you think bu they changed to Ottawa.

Canada is in North America which is the coldest continent in the World. Also Africa is the hottest continent in the World! What do know about Canada put it in the comments below.
