Our class was the first to do a PE lesson with Jack Andrew. Firstly we did some warm ups including stretches, squats, balancing, and jogging. After that, we started to do standing jumps/long jump. First of all you have to stretch your arms forward then bend your knees, put your arms forward while jumping as far as you can. Next we did shotput. After that we finished off with a fun relay race and my group one.
I really enjoyed this PE lesson with Jack. It was a very nice, exciting privilege.I would've wanted more time but it was better than zero minutes.
