Dick king smith was born on 27 March 1922 his childhood house was in Diamond cottage.Afterthat dick king smith became a

soldier in world war 2 but he had to go home because he was seriosly injured.Next he marrried his childhood girlfriend

it was his sweetheart for him her name was Myrle

Then he had to do lots of jobs to do but he was rubbish

at all of them,then he was trained to be a teacher.

At last he became an author he loved that job he enjoied.

Sadly in 4 january 2011 he was only 88 when he died.
