It was midnight in the British Museum and the temperature suddenly dropped, we all got into our cosy sleeping bags. I could hardly believe I was about to fall asleep next to thousand year old artefacts, tens of thousands of years old in fact! My Dad snuggled down next to me, he was as excited as I was - maybe more. We were taking part in a giant sleep over (250 of us) celebrating the museum's latest exhibition, Shakespeare's World. It had been a busy evening; we'd done acting, storytelling, dancing and arts and crafts - I'd even made my own rough and Shakespeare beard! What would we be doing tomorrow I wondered, but now it was time for sleep and what a bedroom!
