The 100wc is weekly challenge for children where they give you a prompt and 100 words to write a creative piece. It is fun, helps children develop there writing skills, and is a fun thing to do each week.
Now 100wc has been put up for an award (The Educational Blog Awards 2012). Not really surprising with all the amazing things they have done! You have to vote for these people, they really help you develop skills. In my opinion they should put up for thousands of awards, and are the best!
