St David is the patron saint of Wales.

St George is the patron Saint of England.

He is believed to have been born in Turkey. He was born in Pembrokeshire.

He is the patron saint of lots of countries. He is only the patron saint of Wales.

He probably didn't fight a dragon! He refused to slay a dragon!

To celebrate St David's Day and St George's day people have a feast. For St George's day people often eat Yorkshire puddings, toad-in-the-hole and scones. For St David's Day people often eat Welsh cakes and Welsh rarebit.

Both Saints are famous for being brave and good. It is believed that St George rescued a princess and that St David performed miracles. Both St George and St David were religious and travelled around teaching people about God.
