Pancakes



Ingredients


100gr flour

2 eggs

300ml milk

Butter for frying

Chocolate spread

Sugar

Chopped strawberries

Caramel sauce



Instructions


Beat the eggs and add them to the milk. Add the flour little by little, mixing all the time to avoid clumping.


Pre-heat a frying pan and put some butter in the frying pan. Put a ladle-full of the pancakes mixture and cook until golden. Flip the pancake so that the other side cooks as well.


When ready serve on a plate with chocolate spread and strawberries or caramel sauce or simply with some sugar.
