Hide and seek it


What I need: more than 3 people
someone to be counting
and some people to run around
1st you need someone to count then the other people have to hide and when the seeker stops counting. Then the seeker has to find them and tag them. Then the other person is the catcher and has to try and tag someone.
The health advantages are running around and getting energy


The health disadvantages are trippin and falling down
