On the Friday 20th March 2015, something spectacular happened. Mead Primary School whitnessed an eclipse. The last eclipse was in 1990 so we very lucky to be present in one, however the sky didn't go completely dark like most if us expected but it was an excellent experience. Also, some classes got to watchsome live feed of the eclipse online. An eclipse is when the moon goes in front of the sun, leaving where the sun is supposed to be shining dark.
