This week in Microsociety we learnt about currency and we read more of the story

of Justnuf.

We discussed different currencies and looked at different notes.

I saw a Canadian note,a dollar and I think an Australian note.When my family go on holiday sometimes my parents have swap their money for Euros, Francs etc because we don't use

those currencies in England.

In class we had paper with stuff that we had to decide if it could be used as a currency

or not. As a table we said that all of them could be used as a currency but not everyone

would want to use them. For example a cow. You could use it but who would want to? I

don't know, maybe someone who has a lot of cows.

We decided on our society's currency which is ... DOX! We decided on who's money design we liked

and I really liked the one that got chosen as a class.It was so simple but so interesting.It looked easy to do but hard to copy and it looked liked it had everything it needed on it.

We decided to vote on our favourite flag, and so it would be easier Miss Vardy and Mrs Hawkins decided on the final 6 flags. The class voted on these 6 and the winner was the flag I designed.
