Microsociety 22.04.2017

This term our class[Rigel] are doing microsociety. I think it’s quite a fun lesson. Yesterday in microsociety we played shapes
What you do is, there are 6 teams of 5 and you can make shapes buy using the materials your team have, you can also trade with other teams. Our team [team C] decided not to trade because we had everything we needed but a compass, really a compass was a could rather than a should or a must. You get points for a square with all sides between 10.1cm and 9.9cm or a circle with a width between 9.9cm and 10.1cm[circle=10 points, square=5 points, counters=5 points].Counters, depending what team you are in you get different amount.
Our team came 3rd, we started around 2nd but then we started to make more shapes more quickly, which made us 1st. Suddenly a team from last place went to 2nd then made a last minute circle. They had 5 counters and we only had 2.The team who came 2nd had around 5 as well and beat us buy 5 points. What a close game
Good luck!!!
