Sir Francis Drake

Sir Francis Drake born 1540 and he was a famous for sailing around the world and for 3 years he sailed the golden hind.

He was first english man to sail around the world and helped to defeat the spanish armada.

He was a success for circumnavigating the world. The Spanish became a lifelong enemy for Drake and they in turn considered him a pirate.In 1570 and 1571, Drake made two profitable trading voyages to the West Indies.when the Spanish armada tried invading England but they failed because of the weather.but he came a success pirate.
