Select the video/sound embed box, available from the add object button and then drag out a box on the page (bigger than you want as it will resize)
On the top right menu bar you will see 'settings', click on this and a window opens and you can paste the address of the file obtained from the learning zone site. Or if its youtube or teacher tube you can get the embed code and put this into the box. Or paste the web address in. you can only view when saved as a web page. Hope this helps.
