In the morning I eat my breakfast and drink my milk. For breakfast I usually take an omlet or pancakes with fruit on top. After school I do my hw and get ready for football training. It is important that we keep ourselves fit by doing any kind of exercise. I like eating healthy food. I like carrots, lettuce, tomatoes and add meat or chicken with them. For desert I take strawberries, watermelon or an apple. I brush my teeth in the morning and before I go to bed. After school I always take a shower and another one after training. In summer I love to take showers often😊. I go to sleep early especially in weekdays so I can get up full of energy for school.
