Criw Cymraeg members were elected.

On the 29th September we had our first meeting and discussed the challenge ahead - the bronze Siarter Iaith award. We also reinstated the Seren Gymraeg award - a competition amongst classes to gain the most Welsh points. This year we haved decided to track the Welsh points on our school rewards system - Dojo.

On the 4th October four members of

the Criw Cymraeg attended the

'Tanio'r Ddraig' day at the Pavillion

in Haverfordwest.

On the 6th October we started preparing our Siarter Iaith display.

On the 14th October we did a learning walk around the school looking for evidence of Welsh being displayed and targeted areas where we need to increase the amount of Welsh being displayed.

On the 21st October we put together

a video for all the staff to watch on

their Inset day to raise the profile of

the Siarter Iaith and to encourage all

the staff to take part and support us on

our mission to achieve the bronze award

this year.
