Week Beginning 18th November 2013
On Monday we had an own clothes day to
raise money for the Philippines Aid, which turned out
to be very successful. We raised an amazing £82 in
Foundation alone; money which will be used to help
those affected by Typhoon Haiyan. Thank you to
everyone who donated, the children looked like they
were having fun too!
Our theme this week is 'Humpty Dumpty' and we had
many "egg-cellent" activities planned. After singing our
Nursery Rhyme, we spoke about what Humpty was and
why he broke when he fell off the wall. We
thought about our favourite way to have our eggs
cooked and even got the chance to make and taste
scrambled egg on toast in cooking!
Outside we had our own hospital set up, doctors kit
and uniform included where we could look after
Humpty and put him back together again!
