Week Beginning 16th June 2014
This week we looked at another book written by Eric
Carle, 'The Bad-Tempered Ladybird'. Through this
story we learnt about the importance of sharing. When
the bad-tempered ladybird picks a fight with a whale,
he has definitely bitten off more than he can chew and
he quickly learns his lesson about kindness and sharing.
Thank you for collecting and bringing in a large stone
this week; they have now been transformed into the
children's very own ladybird. Well done foundation,
they look amazing!
Foundation 2 worked really hard this week with their
writing. Every single one of you tried their very best
and we are so impressed with how much you have all
progressed. Super work Foundation 2!
Foundation 1 have also been busy this week thinking
hard and speaking about their emotions. When were
you last bad- tempered? and why? what can we do to
make sure that doesn't happen again?
