Komodo dragons are lizards. They are the largest Lizards in the world and they lay eggs. When a baby Komodo dragon is 2 days old it is about 30 cms long.

Lizards have large black feet to stop lizards sinking on water. Their long tail is used as extra leg on land. Interestingly geckos have no eyelids.
