Hindu's go to a Mandir; a special temple where they pray. They also worship at home which involves something called a Puja tray. They use this before they worship. The tray has a bell, a incense holder, a water and spoon , a Tilak pot, a Diva lamp and offerings.

Hindu Gods

Different gods do different things that are important. Shiva is an important god because he is the destroyer of life so new life can come. Brahma is the creator of the Earth, and is one of the main Hindu gods.

Traditionally, married Hindu men wear a dhoti kurta, and women wear a sari.
